SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days* of placing your order. Orders have to be placed prior to 11:00 AM Eastern Time to be processed and shipped, orders submitted after will be processed the next day.

Standard: Delivery is 3-5 days NO WEEKEND DELIVERY

2 DAY: Delivery is 2-3 Business Days* NO WEEKEND DELIVERY

NEXT DAY: Delivery is Next Business Day* NO WEEKEND DELIVERY

*Please note these transit times do not include weekends or holidays. We are based in Los Angeles, and transit times depend on the location and shipping option selected. We are not responsible for any delays due to carrier issues.

REFUNDS

Returns are accepted 15 days after the shipment is received by the customer. CREATIVE RECREATION will credit the U.S. customer’s account for the original purchase price. CREATIVE RECREATION will credit the U.S. customer’s account for the original purchase price. CREATIVE RECREATION will credit your account for the original purchase price minus the shipping costs for international orders.

CREATIVE RECREATION will not refund you if your order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to CREATIVE RECREATION (see the Undeliverable Packages section below for details). CREATIVE RECREATION will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.

Returns will be accepted only for unworn products in the same condition they shipped initially.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item according to the return procedures listed above. Please email our customer service team to request an RMA authorization number for your return. A refund will be credited to your account for all exchanges, and you must place a new order for the desired item.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team (info@cr8rec.com) to request a shipping address for returns and exchanges. We will then email you an RMA authorization number and further instructions.

Returns and Exchanges are free on full-price items for USA orders ONLY. For shipments outside the U.S., you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Orders may be returned using any shipping method, and we recommend using a traceable and insured service. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will immediately take care of the corrections that need to be made. Please allow 3 - 7 business days for your return to be processed.

SALE ITEMS

Items on sale cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, or promotion.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE. NO RETURNS.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING NOTES

We ship orders on business days. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve and New Year's Day.

We only ship to matching billing and shipping addresses

We will not ship to P.O. Boxes

When using Paypal, we will only ship to CONFIRMED addresses

We will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.

INTERNATIONAL

We welcome and accept international orders and ship to most countries.

Applicable duties that packages may incur are not included in shipping prices and an additional cost paid on delivery by the buyer.

USPS Standard, First-Class International Shipping costs vary by Country and size of package. -Delivery takes between 2-4 weeks.

Until Further Notice: CREATIVE RECREATION only allows PayPal and credit cards via Paypal as a payment option for International -Orders. We only ship to CONFIRMED Paypal addresses.

We only ship to addresses whose billing address matches the credit card used.

Duties, Customs and VAT

International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country in which the order is being shipped.

TAX POLICIES

We are required by State and Federal laws to charge sales tax on products and shipping charges for products shipped within California.
